Facebook Messenger has implemented a feature to break the ice with the users of your Chatbots.
Indeed, during a first contact with the Chatbot, rather than offering a simple "Start" button to start the conversation, we will propose a maximum of 4 questions which will all redirect to a sequence of your choice.
To configure these Ice Breakers, go to your Chatbot settings and associate a question with a sequence.
Start a new conversation with your Chatbot to see the result. If a discussion is already open, delete this discussion then contact the Chatbot again to see the Ice Breakers in action.
