You already have a chatbot on another platform, like Chatfuel or Manychat, but you want to switch to Botnation AI for its countless advantages. First of all, I can confirm that this is a wise decision 😉 (but I'm probably not very objective 🙄).
The problem is that you already have all your contacts and structure on the old platform and you don't want to do the work again. I understand you and unfortunately our structure, just like the other platforms, is unique and therefore not compatible with the others.
That being said, if you want to rebuild the chatbot with us, the platform is intuitive. You already have the contents and tree structure, the hard part is done ! We are here to support you on the live chat in case of problems.
To retrieve your Facebook Messenger contacts, there is a solution that we have already tested. You have to know that Facebook does not use the same identifiers according to the applications (Botnation VS Manychat), which does not allow to import the users.
Fortunately, there's a trick ;)
Empty the content of the Manychat chatbot. It only listens to it and plays it as a secondary
Install the Botnation chatbot on the Facebook page in addition to the Manychat chatbot, which will respond to conversations
Make pushes on Manychat to "wake up" users who will then transit to Botnation as soon as they interact for the first time.
The base is thus transferred from one tool to the other, quickly.
