You can choose to start the chatbot in different sequences depending on the link clicked rather than systematically at the welcome message.
Messenger chatbots each have a unique address (the same link on Facebook) and, in a chatbot, each sequence has an identifier (Block ID).
To find this identifier, you must click on this icon:
This is located in the title of the sequence:
This will give you the same link from Facebook to the Block ID which will directly open the sequence in question when you click on it:
⚠️ Be careful however, the bot must have been previously published (see our article Publish your Facebook Messenger chatbot)
Examples of use:
I create ads on Facebook, each with a different message. I want the chatbot to open a different sequence for each advertisement: - Advertisement 1 👉🏻 Sequence 1- Advertisement 2 👉🏻 Sequence 2- And so on ...
