On a web or Wordpress chatbot, you can deactivate the user input keyboard when there is no user input waiting.


Just go to the settings of your chatbot.

Then in the persistent menu panel, deactivate the input option which is active by default.

The keyboard will only appear when an entry must be captured in the scripting of your chatbot.
