You can add a web Chatbot on Wix by using the Wix "Custom Code" tool :
This feature is only available for site with a connected domain to Wix. You must have your own domain name.
To add your Botnation chatbot code to your site:
Go to Settings in your site's dashboard on Wix.
Click the Tracking & Analytics tab under Advanced Settings
Click + New Tool and select Custom
Add your Botnation Javascript Code
Add the Code to Pages
Botnation does not provide support for technical issues on Wix. You can contact Wix on their support website.
