Click on the "Send to Messenger" button located in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

Then click on "Test my bot".

The BOTNATION test page allows you to chat with your own bot without connecting it to any page, and without being visible on Facebook. 

By the way, if you have already published your bot on a page, when you click on the test button, you will redirected to your page.
