The "context" function is very powerful and recommended for advanced users.
You will discover why and how the Context will make your Chatbot Botnation much
more precise!

Let's start by analyzing the conversation below, read the answers of the user.

With the "default" mode of Botnation this conversation is not really possible because
the expression "the phone" can not trigger 2 different sequences - the first
expression analyzing the broken object, the second proposing a connection - except
using conditions / increments with a result that could be sometimes random.

So you have to activate the advanced "Context" option that allows the Botnation NLP to contextualize the conversation of your users. The same expression can then be used in completely different contexts and objectives.

Your Botnation chatbot becomes ultra-powerful!

How to activate the Context in your chatbot:

Go to the options of your Bot by clicking on the notched wheel of the top bar.

Then activate the "Advanced Settings" by activating the "Settings" button to the right.

The advanced settings options will be displayed and you can activate the Contexts.

How to define contexts in your chatbot:

In the menu "AI" a bar of tabs where you can define contexts is now available.

You can add as many contexts as you want and define the NLP keywords
associated with it.

It is then enough to apply the contexts to the sequences via the drop-down menu
"context" in the title bar of the sequences.

Caution: These options are only available if the context is active in the advanced
settings of your chatbot.

It is thus possible to have a Chatbot managing French and English including
common words in both languages as "menu". It is enough to contextualize the user
in French or English as soon as he arrives.

Or, in the case of a quiz by creating a context by question, these can trigger similar
answers but with different results.

Question 1:

"What is the color of Henri IV's white horse?"

Answer: "White"

Question 22:

"I'm an American singer of rhythm & blues, I'm Barry ..."

Answer: "White"

Identical keywords no longer parasitize the answers, those attributed to a context are
isolated to this context.

The development of your chatbots will become more complex, which is why we
advise you to activate contexts only for bots with depth and important use of the
NLP, but they will only be more relevant and effective!
